The story
of anxiety

Panic attacks, terror, obsessive anxious thoughts and the inability to relax may feel like a constant. Anxiety can feel like constant grinding or grating on the brain.

Others may assume that you are stressed out or just need a vacation, in reality you are suffering from high-functioning anxiety and are living with an invisible health condition. Anxiety is temporary and help is closer than you think.

The story
of trauma

Trauma is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience such as sexual or physical assault, a toxic relationship, car accident or threat to physical safety. It may also be events that happened over weeks or years within a family, growing up in an environment that was detached or chaotic.

These events may leave you feeling shame, helplessness or lost. You may also have difficulties connecting with others or controlling your responses.You are not alone, help is one click away.

How to share
your story

Therapy is meant to be flexible to you. We offer two types of therapy to meet your busy schedule: online and in-person. Online therapy uses an easy, secure and HIPAA-compliant platform that allows you to be the one in control of when and where you do therapy.

In-person therapy is available in Denver and Lakewood, with online therapy appointments covering the entire state of Colorado.

Morning, afternoon and evening appointments are available.
