The story:
about therapy

All of us have constructed a narrative based on experiences, a perspective of the world around us, an interpretation of facts that impact our lives and relationships.

One of the first steps in the healing process is to identify what wounds we carry and why. It could be a fear of being left, fear of setting boundaries, displaced guilt, difficulties in trusting or struggles with vulnerability.

We will guide you as we identify your processes and utilize scientifically-proven methods to teach you more effective ways of coping, relieving symptoms and becoming more satisfied in your life. We will work together, in a collaborative fashion, to develop an understanding of the problem and to develop a treatment strategy.

Starting January 1, 2022, consumers will have new billing protections when getting emergency care, non-emergency care from out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, and air ambulance services from out-of-network providers. Learn more about the No Surprises Act.

Investing in psychotherapy is an act of compassion towards yourself, a gentle acknowledgment of the worthiness of your mental health and well-being. Just as we invest in physical health through exercise and nutritious eating, allocating resources to psychotherapy ensures a robust foundation for uncovering the tools needed for healing and growth. Ultimately, the financial commitment yields invaluable returns in terms of improved overall well-being and enhanced quality of life.
